Dr. Jacobsen is a Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon, fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopaedics. He has a great interest in caring for pediatric orthopedic conditions that include limb deformity, congenital abnormalities, fracture care and sports injuries. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University - Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency training at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, in Toledo, Ohio and received subspecialty training with a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Phoenix Children's Hospital, in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Jacobsen received his undergraduate at Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah. Dr. Jacobsen practices through the University of Utah School of Medicine. His primary office location is in Provo, Utah. Dr. Jacobsen also serves as an orthopaedic surgeon at the Shriners Hospital for Children in Salt Lake City, Utah.
